I’ve been a fitness coach for 8 years and my background is in athletics. I grew up playing a lot of sports and I’m passionate about athletic performance and injury prevention. I’m a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Aside from athletic performance, I also specialize in weight loss, women’s overall fitness, corrective exercise, and rehabilitation. I’m also passionate about helping people lead healthier lifestyles outside of the gym. Training in the gym is only a piece of the puzzle to being happier and healthier.
